The main way to get in touch for casino matters is via the web form within the platform. It looks like a chatbox, but the replies will not be instant. However, it’s good that they will be answered by a human, rather than an AI agent.

When I sent in a question, it was indeed answered within the hour, as the chatbox claims, although soon after the contact option disappeared from the UI. I’m not sure why this is. If any more questions did come up, I would have struggled to have them answered.
